WIN 1 Meetings: (Remember to have attendance taken in your WIN 1 before reporting to meetings)
Friday, September 20th: Jostens will be meeting with Sophomores in the IMC after WIN 1 attendance and with Seniors at 12:25 to turn in orders.
Tuesday, September 24th: Homecoming Roll Out Assembly in the multi with class meetings to follow. Plan to report after WIN 1 attendance and please bring your cell phones.
Wednesday, September 25th: Student council meeting in Mrs. Berger’s room.
General Announcements:
Class officer ballots have been sent via email. Voting closes TODAY at 3:30. If you do not receive the email, please see Mrs. Berger or your class advisor.
ACT testing: Students interested in taking the October 26th ACT test need to register by TODAY. Please register at www.actstudent.org. If you have questions see Mr Hass or Ms. McCoy.
Fuel Up To Play 60: Applications to join the Fuel Up To Play 60 team are due TODAY. Teams will be established and an email will be sent to notify you once teams have been decided.
Homecoming Activity sign-ups have been emailed out. Activities are optional this year. If you would like to participate in one of the activities, please sign up by NEXT WEDNESDAY. Those who don't participate will report to class as usual. Any questions or if you didn't receive the sign-up, please see Mrs. Berger.
Guest Passes for Homecoming: Please stop in the office for your guest passes for the Homecoming Dance (October 5th, 8:00-11:00). Guest passes must be completed by your guest’s school and faxed back by September 30th so please plan ahead!
Juniors & Sophomores: Are you interested in taking the PSAT? SIGN UP with Ms. McCoy-1st come, 1st serve (40 spots are available). The fee for the test is $17 and the registration deadline is Monday, October 7th.
Picture Retakes: Scheduled for October 17th.
Buffalo County Student Flu Shot Clinic: Thursday, October 24, 2019, 7:00-10:00 am, in the small gym. To receive the seasonal flu vaccine, please complete the consent form and return it to Sue Poeschel, School Nurse, by October 17th. Students will not be vaccinated without parent consent. Consent forms can be found on the school website under Health News or in the MS/HS office.
Seniors: Please get your packet for Senior Credits and Senior Quote to Mrs. Fath by October 31st. Turn it in early if possible. It will not be accepted if turned in late. If you need another copy, please see Mrs. Fath.
Seniors: A digital image of your chosen senior photo as well as a baby or little kid pic is due to Mrs. Fath by October 31st. If you have not already had senior pictures done, please schedule this ASAP. See Mrs. Fath if you have questions or concerns. The yearbook staff will also take your picture for free if you do not plan to have senior pictures done. More information coming in the near future regarding due dates and senior quotes.
Speed School: Mondays and Thursdays from 3:40-4:20. Open weight room is Tuesdays and Fridays from 3:40-4:30.
