Buffalo Time Meetings: (Remember to have attendance taken in your homeroom before reporting to meetings)

Friday, October 4th: Who’s Who pictures for Yearbook. Look for an email from Morgan Guth to see if you need your picture taken.

Wednesday, October 9th: Student Council meeting in Mrs. Hass’ room.

Thursday, October 10th: NHS meeting in the IMC.

General Announcements:

Homecoming Signs: Any student in good academic standing who is interested in making Homecoming signs to hang in community businesses may come to Mr. Pongratz's room during Buffalo Time TODAY.

Homecoming Dress Up Days: Monday: Sadness Day (PJ’s, blankets, etc), Tuesday: Country vs Country Club Day, Wednesday: Outrageous Outfits Day (Wacky Wednesday), Thursday: Class Shirts Day, Friday: School Spirit Day

Homecoming Guest Passes: Homecoming guests must either be in high school or last year graduates and they must be cleared to attend. Please pick up your guest clearance forms in the office. Clearance forms must be received back by Monday.

WIN Release: Begins Monday for eligible juniors and seniors. WIN Release permission slips are available in the office. Juniors or Seniors with C's or above are eligible for WIN release, but you must turn in a form with a parent or guardian signature BEFORE you will be allowed to leave during WIN.

Seniors: Money for Homecoming shirts is due to Lilac Krett by Tuesday.

Homecoming Dance: The homecoming dance is October 12th. Tickets are $5 at the door and will not be sold in advance. The dance is 8:00-11:00 pm and doors will close at 9:30 with the exception of volleyball players if need be. Also remember to complete your form for a guest if you are bringing one.

Flu Shot Clinic: Buffalo County will be hosting a school-wide student flu shot clinic on Thursday, October 17th, 1:00pm-5:00pm, in the Community Room (located right inside door #5/Jackson Street). Parents are not required to be present at the time of vaccination. This clinic is only for children aged 18 or younger. If your child refuses the vaccine that day, the vaccine will not be administered. A consent form needs to be completed by a parent/guardian in order to receive the flu shot. Please return the consent form to Sue Poeschel, School Nurse, by October 9th or bring the consent form with you on October 17th. Consent forms can be found on our school website or you can get them from the MS/HS office or Sue Poeschel.
