General Announcements:
After day 1 of dress up days, Sophomores are in first with 73.8% of the class dressed up, Freshmen are second with 73.7%, Juniors in third with 67.8% and Seniors in last with 59.4% dressed up.
The following students need to respond to the court email from Mrs. Hass: Kevin Dominguez, Porter Bauer, Shaw Esser, Mason Leirmo & Jaxon Cooke.
Homecoming Guest Passes: Homecoming guests must be cleared to attend Saturday’s dance. Clearance forms must be received back by TODAY.
WIN Release: Begins TODAY for eligible juniors and seniors. WIN Release permission slips are available in the office. Juniors or Seniors with C's or above are eligible for WIN release, but you must turn in a form with a parent or guardian signature BEFORE you will be allowed to leave during WIN. Do not turn in during WIN as your grades need to be checked before you can start leaving.
Homecoming Dress Up Days: Tuesday: Country vs Country Club Day, Wednesday: Outrageous Outfits Day (Wacky Wednesday), Thursday: Class Shirts Day, Friday: School Spirit Day
Seniors: Money for Homecoming shirts is due to Lilac Krett by Tuesday.
Homecoming Dance: The homecoming dance is Saturday. Tickets are $5 at the door and will not be sold in advance. The dance is 8:00-11:00 pm and doors will close at 9:30 with the exception of volleyball players if need be. Also remember to complete your form for a guest if you are bringing one.
Flu Shot Clinic: Buffalo County will be hosting a school-wide student flu shot clinic on Thursday, October 17th, 1:00pm-5:00pm, in the Community Room (located right inside door #5/Jackson Street). Parents are not required to be present at the time of vaccination. This clinic is only for children aged 18 or younger. If your child refuses the vaccine that day, the vaccine will not be administered. A consent form needs to be completed by a parent/guardian in order to receive the flu shot. Please return the consent form to Sue Poeschel, School Nurse, by October 9th or bring the consent form with you on October 17th. Consent forms can be found on our school website or you can get them from the MS/HS office or Sue Poeschel.
