FUTP60 Meeting: TODAY, during WIN.
Raine Purple: Students are welcome to make cards during Buffalo Time this week for Mondovi High School student, Raine Oglesby, who has been diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia. Cards can be given to Mrs. Hass. In addition, all students are asked to wear purple in support of Raine tomorrow. Student Council will also be doing a fundraiser tomorrow at the Girls’ Basketball Game against Neillsville. There will be a 50/50 and raffle baskets for all community members and students to participate in.
Junk Trunk Event: FCCLA will be hosting a “Junk Trunk” event Thursday during BT. If you are interested in going to the parking lot to clean out your car to prepare for winter, you are more than welcome to. Please note: You cannot leave for lunch until Buffalo time is over and you must sign out in the office before going to the parking lot. If you participate, your name will be put into the prize drawing!
Esports Opportunity: Esports anyone? Mondovi HS is looking to compete in the WIHSEA Esports league for the 2024 winter season! Competition titles include Rocket League, Fortnite, and Mario Kart 8. The season runs from 12/16/2024-2/14/2025. Practices will take place after school 3 days a week and the athletic code applies to all students participating. Students interested in competing can sign up Thursday, during WIN, in Mr. Schauer’s room.
Prom Fundraiser: The Junior Class will be hosting a 3-on-3 tournament the first week of December during Buffalo Time to raise money for Prom. Forms are located in your Buffalo Time classrooms and should be returned with $15 to a Junior Class Representative by Friday.
Pajama Day: Every Monday starting in December.
Snowmobile Safety Course: There will be a Snowmobile Safety course taught at the Mondovi Fire station December 2nd, 5th & 7th. Anyone older than 11 years & 6 months is eligible to take the course. Sign up on the DNR website.
