Cross Country: Please meet in the Buffalo Lobby for practice TODAY. Make sure to have your water bottles.
Sophomores: Report to the IMC after 8th hour attendance Monday, October 4th to meet with Jostens regarding class rings.

Open Weight Room: Please see the schedule posted on the weight room door for dates and times.
Speed School: Mondays and Thursdays from 3:40-4:15.
