Biology students are learning about ecology. Students went to mirror lake to find all of the terms/concepts they studied in class. They took pictures of them "in the wild" and then compiled all of this into a google slides show. We had great weather this year!

The Durand Police Department is hosting a community event at 5:00 PM on August 20th at the Durand Middle School. They would like to extend an invitation to the Mondovi community for anyone who would like to attend.

Quick update on the Fire Truck escort to our State Track athletes today. The fire truck will leave the school at 11:30 today, not noon as I had posted earlier this week. They will head East down Main Street on their way out of town. Please line the streets at 11:30 today and wave them on if you are able to do so. Go Buffaloes!!!

Good luck to the HS Baseball team as they begin regional play this week. Congrats to the Softball and Golf teams on the completion of solid seasons. We will be holding an assembly at 2:50 Wednesday in the large gym to send off Landon Clark, Courtney Stadter, and Ava Gray to the State Track & Field Meet this weekend. Those three athletes will also have a fire truck escort as they leave town at noon on Friday. Lets line the streets on Friday and send them off to the State meet in La Crosse. Go Buffaloes!!!
We've been told the shelves at the Mondovi Food Pantry are pretty bare. In response to this, the Class of 2024 is sponsoring a food drive at the graduation ceremony tomorrow. For those of you attending the ceremony, there will be boxes in the Buffalo Lobby to collect donations for the Mondovi Food Pantry. Thank you to those of you who are able to help the Class of 2024 and their contribution to the Mondovi Food Panty.
The Mondovi High School Class of 2024 Commencement Ceremony will begin at 1:30 tomorrow. Doors will open at 12:30. The ceremony will be live-streamed. There will be some general seating on the floor behind the seats reserved for family of the graduates. The South bleachers will also be pulled out for general seating. Thanks
