Speed School: Meet in the Multi lobby 3:25-3:55 on Mondays & Thursdays. Speed School is an acceleration, power and top speed based training opportunity for all athletes not in a winter sport. See Coach McGuire with any questions.
7th Grade Quiz Bowl: Permission slips are due to Ms. Johnson by Friday.
Stress/Anxiety Group: Mrs. Lehman will be running a stress/anxiety group starting next week. This group will meet on Thursdays during Homeroom through December. Please fill out the form that Mrs. Lehman sent to your email if you would like to join!
