The School District of Mondovi will be closed on Thursday, April 11 due to weather conditions. There will also be no activities.

Middle School students were studying how the composition of magma would affect the eruption style of a volcano. Students first modeled a quiet, shield volcano (like Hawaii) that fountains and oozes lava. It was a real "blast" waiting to see how explosive the cinder cone volcano would be. A few blew out the side like Mount St. Helens, but a bunch blew their top like Mount Vesuvius! #mondovipride

Six Mondovi Middle School art students (Tayah Brion, Kylea Sobottka, Paris Newman, Haley Brantner, Olivia Taylor, Abby Paulsen) were selected to participate in the 2019 Mississippi Valley Gifted & Talented Art Fest held at Melrose-Mindoro Schools on April 4. Congratulations to these creative students! #mondovipride

Mondovi showcased their creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills at the West Central/St. Croix Valley tournament in Hudson this weekend. Middle School placed 3rd with their clever Candyland-themed skit and will be heading to UW-Green Bay for State April 13th to represent our district! Elementary placed 4th, earning a Renaissance Award for “outstanding set design”. Great job to both teams! #mondovipride
